What are your accepted payment methods?

The acceptable currencies, unless otherwise quoted, are US Dollar, British Pound Sterling and Euros in the prevailing/going exchange rate on/at the day/moment of payment.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order (packed goods only) before it is shipped. For coaching services there is a standard 14 day cooling off period from the date of purchase (as long as the sessions have not been delivered). Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to request any changes to your order.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product (packaged goods only) within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging. Coaching services are not refundable once delivered, this does not violate any of your rights and entitlements.
